Front Office Sports is seeking a high-performing, entrepreneurial sales leader to drive our brand partnership efforts across the West Coast. In this pivotal role, you won’t just be opening doors — you’ll be expected to walk through them fast, leveraging your existing relationships and past successes to create momentum and win meaningful at-bats with key regional advertisers and agencies.
We’re looking for a builder. Someone who thrives in fast-paced, startup environments, embraces process, and continuously looks for ways to optimize how we sell, collaborate, and grow. You’ll help shape our regional go-to-market strategy, refine our offerings based on market feedback, and bring a results-first mindset to everything you do.
This role will report directly to the EVP, Head of Brand Partnerships.

Key Responsibilities
- Lead and grow the West Coast Brand Partnerships team, setting vision, goals, and performance standards
- Represent Front Office Sports to key advertisers and agencies, communicating our value across digital, newsletter, branded content, and event offerings
- Build and maintain a strong book of business, with a focus on long-term partnerships
- Identify new business opportunities and lead full-cycle sales efforts—from prospecting to pitch to close
- Collaborate with internal teams (content, marketing, strategy) to develop custom partnership solutions that deliver value to both clients and FOS
- Monitor campaign performance and deliver actionable insights to optimize results
- Stay ahead of media trends and competitive developments to keep FOS at the forefront of the marketplace
- Report on sales performance, pipeline health, and strategic opportunities to the executive team
- Manage the West Coast region and provide insightful, practical recommendations to improve performance and growth in the region continuously
Skills, Knowledge and Expertise
- 12+ years of experience in digital media sales with a track record of exceeding revenue goals
- Deep expertise in brand marketing, strategic partnerships, and media planning
- Strong existing relationships with West Coast-based brands and agencies
- Proven success in packaging and selling integrated media campaigns, including branded content, custom programs, and events
- Skilled in managing complex RFPs and navigating long sales cycles
- Executive presence, with excellent communication and presentation skills
- Passion for the intersection of sports, business, and culture
- A strong understanding of media sales, packaging, and selling digital sponsorships
- Proven success breaking new business/categories utilizing scaled strategic outreach, meetings, event attendance, entertainment, thoughtful proactive solutions, etc
- Experience selling 360-degree campaigns that could include everything from digital to custom content and events
