Social Media Manager - FOS Tonight
Marketing & Communications
New York, NY, USA
USD 80k-100k / year
Posted on Jul 9, 2026
Front Office Sports is seeking a Social Media Manager focused on our new show FOS Tonight, with a background in sports, business media, or entertainment to help lead our day-to-day social strategy and team execution. The ideal teammate will own the voice, programming, publishing, and performance of the FOS brand across platforms, working closely with editorial, video, design, and production to turn stories, shows, interviews, and news segments into standout social moments.
This role is especially important as Front Office Sports continues to grow its multimedia and social video operation. The Social Media Manager should understand how to take TV-style news segments, studio shows, interviews, explainers, and longer-form video programming and turn them into shareable, platform-native clips for YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, LinkedIn, and other emerging platforms.
The ideal person for this role has managed a brand’s social presence end-to-end — setting strategy, overseeing programming and posting workflows, coaching junior teammates, writing and editing strong captions, and being accountable for growth, engagement, and community results. This person should be fluent in platform best practices, understand how audiences behave differently across each channel, and know how to package sports business stories in a way that is accurate, sharp, and highly shareable.
Our Social Media Manager will work closely with and report to the Director of Social Media, while managing and providing day-to-day editorial direction to the Social Programmer and other junior social team members.
